1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sainfoxiya Business portal ("Platform", "Service"), operated by Sainfoxiya Inc. ("Sainfoxiya", "we", "us"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
These terms apply to business and corporate customers ordering digital gift cards in bulk. Consumer purchases are governed by the separate terms on our consumer site.
2. Business Accounts
Access to bulk ordering requires an approved business account. You agree to provide accurate company information, including a valid business tax identifier (such as GST, VAT, or the local equivalent) where required, and to keep this information current.
- Accounts are subject to verification and approval at our discretion.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You may add authorized team members with defined roles; you remain responsible for their actions.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may include volume-based discounts. Currency amounts shown before checkout are indicative; the authoritative order total is confirmed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline or limit orders, and adjust volume discount tiers. Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your billing details and jurisdiction.
4. Payment & Credit Terms
Payment may be made in your local currency by the methods offered at checkout. Approved accounts may be granted credit or purchase-order (PO) terms, subject to a credit limit and a payment cycle agreed in writing.
- Invoices are due within the agreed term; overdue balances may pause further ordering.
- Credit limits and terms may be revised based on payment history.
- Tax-compliant invoices are issued for each order per your account details.
5. Delivery of Vouchers
Digital vouchers are delivered electronically via bulk email to your provided recipient list, via secure code download, or through our API. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details you upload.
Delivery is typically instant once payment or approved credit is confirmed. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect recipient information supplied by you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, resale in breach of brand terms, or circumventing usage limits. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are engaged in prohibited activity.
7. Brands & Intellectual Property
Gift card brands and their marks are the property of their respective owners. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's own terms and conditions. Sainfoxiya's platform, content, and trademarks remain our property and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sainfoxiya's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sainfoxiya Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For customers in other regions, mandatory local consumer or business protections continue to apply where required by law.
